When it comes to supporting school staff and addressing mental health needs, all school staff - from the superintendent, to the director of human resources, to other school administrators, educators and support staff - have a critical role to play. This episode is part of a series offered in collaboration with the ERIC North subfund of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.

Key topics addressed in this episode include:

  • Potential scenarios that could arise related to staff mental health and key protocols to address those situations;
  • The role of key players in addressing staff mental health, including the school board, superintendent, HR Director, affirmative action officers, other school administrators and ALL school staff members, and;
