As we work through a global pandemic, there has been a significant increase in the number of staff dealing with mental health needs. It can be difficult to assess your own needs and to know how to support your colleagues. This session will provide key tips for identifying those staff in need and tips to support your needs and those of your colleagues in these challenging times.

Key topics addressed in this episode include:

  • How to recognize your own mental health needs;
  • How to support a colleague struggling with their mental health; and
  • How to recognize a crisis situation and respond appropriately to emergent needs
